Shipping destination: We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
Order handling time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time: After handling, delivery within the contiguous United States normally takes 3–5 business days. This is an estimate based on typical carrier performance and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays caused by weather, carrier volume, or incorrect address information are outside our control.
Shipping cost: Shipping is free for all orders shipped within our stated delivery area. There are no additional shipping charges added at checkout.
Carriers: We use established third-party logistics carriers that meet our delivery requirements. The specific carrier for your order is assigned at the time of shipment based on the destination and the size of the items in your order. We do not guarantee a specific carrier for every order.
Order tracking: Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days after your order was placed, please contact us at info@burrowdeal.my.
Incorrect address: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer are not covered by us.
